Appropriates $150,620,800 to the Illinois Criminal Justice Information Authority for fiscal year beginning July 1, 2018, comprised of $20,111,600 in General Funds, $10,909,200 in Other State Funds, and $119,600,000 in Federal Funds

Funds general operations including personal services ($1,084,500), contractual services ($368,600), electronic data processing ($180,600), and other ordinary expenses

Allocates $110,000,000 from Criminal Justice Trust Fund for awards and grants to local units of government, state agencies, and non-profit organizations

Provides $7,374,300 from Death Penalty Abolition Fund for law enforcement training and services to families of homicide victims

Establishes funding for specific programs including Adult Redeploy and Diversion Programs ($10,229,100), Violence Prevention initiatives ($377,100), Safe From the Start Program ($1,200,000), and Community-Based Violence Prevention Programs ($7,805,100)
