Appropriates $154,288,900 from the State Gaming Fund to the Illinois Gaming Board for fiscal year beginning July 1, 2018

Allocates $10,100,000 for personal services and $5,213,000 for state contributions to the State Employees' Retirement System

Provides $100,000,000 for distributions to local governments for admissions and wagering tax, including prior year costs

Allocates $19,659,200 for costs associated with implementation and administration of the Video Gaming Act

Takes effect July 1, 2018, with appropriations available for all costs incurred prior to July 1, 2019
