Appropriates $5,808,600 from the Personal Property Tax Replacement Fund for the Property Tax Appeal Board's ordinary and contingent expenses for fiscal year beginning July 1, 2018.

Allocates funds for personal services ($2,783,900), state employees' retirement contributions ($1,436,900), social security contributions ($198,500), and group insurance ($864,000).

Provides funding for electronic data processing ($173,000), contractual services ($67,900), travel ($30,000), telecommunications ($30,000), and other operational expenses.

Includes $200,000 for costs associated with the appeal process and reestablishment of a Cook County office.

Takes effect July 1, 2018, with appropriations authorized for all costs incurred prior to July 1, 2019.
