Appropriates $523,796,600 total to the Illinois Emergency Management Agency for fiscal year 2018-2019, comprised of $6,448,500 in General Funds, $46,097,300 in Other State Funds, and $471,250,800 in Federal Funds.

Allocates funds from General Revenue Fund for operational expenses ($1,948,500), Disaster Response and Recovery Fund deposit ($2,000,000), and homeland security/emergency preparedness ($2,500,000).

Provides funding for management and administrative support, radiation safety programs, nuclear facility safety, and operations from specialized funds including Nuclear Safety Emergency Preparedness Fund and Radiation Protection Fund.

Appropriates $127,000,000 from Federal Aid Disaster Fund for current and prior year federal disaster declarations and hazard mitigation, plus $53,817,000 for terrorism preparedness and training statewide.

Effective July 1, 2018, with appropriations available for costs incurred through June 30, 2019, supporting emergency response, disaster recovery, radiation protection, and nuclear safety programs.
