Reduces minimum age requirement from 21 to 18 years for licensure as a community association manager under the Community Association Manager Licensing and Disciplinary Act.

Reduces minimum age requirement from 21 to 18 years for licensure as a supervising community association manager under the Community Association Manager Licensing and Disciplinary Act.

Reduces minimum age requirement from 21 to 18 years for obtaining a home inspector license under the Home Inspector License Act.

Applicants for all three license types have 3 years from date of application to complete the application process; failure to do so results in denial, fee forfeiture, and requirement to reapply.
