Amends the Alternative Health Care Delivery Act (210 ILCS 3/10) by making a technical change to the definitions section.

Corrects grammatical language in Section 10 by removing a duplicate word "the" in the introductory phrase "In this Act, unless the context otherwise requires."

Maintains all existing definitions related to ambulatory surgical treatment centers, alternative health care models, the State Board of Health, Illinois Department of Public Health, demonstration programs, and the Director of Public Health.
