IL SB3470

Amends the Alternative Health Care Delivery Act (210 ILCS 3/10) to make a technical correction to the definitions section.

Removes one instance of the word "the" appearing before "context" in the opening language of Section 10 (Definitions).

Preserves all existing definitions including "Ambulatory surgical treatment center," "Alternative health care model," "Board," "Department," "Demonstration program," and "Director."
