Requires each election authority to submit voting equipment information to the State Board of Elections every 2 years, including the age and functionality of equipment and a formal letter describing equipment status, needs, and costs.

Mandates that each election authority publish its voting equipment information online.

Requires the State Board of Elections to post all submitted voting equipment information from election authorities on its website in a downloadable format.

Makes technical amendments to Section 1A-8 of the Election Code, including clarifying references and updating language regarding the State Board's duties and responsibilities.
