IL SB3534

Amends the Illinois Public Labor Relations Act to exclude Department of Human Services employees classified as or holding the position of Public Service Administrator from bargaining unit status.

Exclusion applies only to employees hired after the effective date of this amendatory act, preserving bargaining rights for those already holding the position on the effective date.

Modifies the definition of "public employee" in Section 3 of the Act to implement this exclusion.
