Office of the State Fire Marshal shall provide fire inspections for community-integrated living arrangements licensed under the Act to comply with licensing requirements.

Office of the State Fire Marshal may enter into agreements with other State agencies to conduct fire inspections if those agencies employ qualified personnel.

Local authorities with jurisdiction retain the right to conduct local code inspections and enforcement activities.

Local fire authorities may continue to conduct fire incident planning activities.

Act takes effect upon becoming law.
