Amends Section 10-17a of the Illinois School Code to modify school report card requirements effective July 1, 2018.

Requires school report cards to include the percentage of students, by grade level, who have an individualized education program or a federal Section 504 plan and who are chronically absent.

Adds "average daily attendance" as a required metric on school report cards, defined as the average number of attendance days during the previous school year for enrolled students subject to compulsory attendance.

Requires school district report cards to include the average daily attendance of students with individualized education programs and students with 504 plans that provide special education services.
