Appropriates $1,541,100 from the General Revenue Fund for the Court of Claims' ordinary and contingent expenses, including $1,303,100 for personal services and amounts for employee retirement contributions, social security, travel, equipment, and telecommunications.

Appropriates $450,000 from the Court of Claims Administration and Grant Fund for administrative expenses under the Crime Victims Compensation Act.

Appropriates $10,000,000 from the Court of Claims Federal Grant Fund for crime victims compensation claims.

Appropriates $16,807,400 from the General Revenue Fund for Court of Claims payments, including $6,000,000 for crime victims compensation and $9,807,400 for other claims, plus $5,000,000 for line of duty awards.

Appropriates $2,775,000 for Court of Claims payments from multiple specialized funds including the Road Fund ($1,000,000), DCFS Children's Services Fund ($1,500,000), and other sources for non-crime victims claims.
