Appropriates $16,592,300 from the General Revenue Fund to the State Board of Elections for ordinary and contingent expenses across multiple departments including Administration, Elections, General Counsel, Campaign Disclosure, and Information Technology.

Appropriates $5,799,500 from the Personal Property Tax Replacement Fund for reimbursement to counties for increased compensation to judges and election officials, and lump sum awards to county clerks and recorders.

Reappropriates $3,046,000 from the Help Illinois Vote Fund for distribution to local election authorities and implementation of the Statewide Voter Registration System under the Help America Vote Act of 2002.

Total appropriations and reappropriations amount to $25,437,800 across all three funds.

Effective July 1, 2018.
