Appropriates $30,843,200 from the General Revenue Fund to the Office of the Attorney General for operational expenses for fiscal year ending June 30, 2019.

Appropriates $1,400,000 to the Illinois Equal Justice Foundation from the General Revenue Fund and an additional $1,400,000 from the Access to Justice Fund.

Appropriates $11,633,100 from the Violent Crime Victims Assistance Fund for personal services, employee benefits, crime victims services, victim notification systems, and grants under the Violent Crime Victims Assistance Act.

Establishes appropriations from specialized funds including $14,200,000 from the Court Ordered and Voluntary Compliance Payment Projects Fund, $14,300,000 from the State Projects and Court Ordered Distribution Fund, $6,000,000 from the Whistleblower Reward and Protection Fund, and $2,500,000 from the Tobacco Fund.

Appropriates funds for specific initiatives including $500,000 for domestic violence legal services, $250,000 for sex offender awareness and training, and $1,000,000 for federal grant funding.
