• Prohibits murderers from loitering within 1,000 feet of school buildings or playgrounds when minors are present, and from being within 100 feet of school bus pickup/discharge stops when minors are present.

• Prohibits murderers from knowingly residing within 1,000 feet of schools, playgrounds, child care institutions, day care centers, or facilities exclusively serving persons under 18 years of age.

• Violations are classified as Class 4 felonies.
