IL SB3619

Requires school districts to report all incidents of sexual assault committed on school grounds or at school-sponsored activities to the State Board of Education when involving a student against a teacher, teacher against a student, or student against another student.

Defines "sexual assault" as any act of nonconsensual sexual conduct or sexual penetration as defined under Section 11-0.1 of the Criminal Code of 2012, including acts prohibited under Sections 11-1.20 through 11-1.60.

Mandates the State Board of Education post on its website for each school year the total number of reported sexual assault incidents statewide and by individual school district.

Requires the State Board of Education to submit an annual report to the General Assembly no later than September 1 of each year detailing sexual assault data, filed electronically with the Clerk of the House of Representatives and Secretary of the Senate.
