Directs the Director of Corrections to convey the Hardin County Work Camp (15.3 acres located at RR 1 Box 99, Cave-In-Rock, IL 62919) to Hardin County by quitclaim deed upon payment of $1.

Property conveyance is subject to conditions that the land must be used for public purposes only and title reverts to the State of Illinois if the county ceases to exist or the property is used for non-public purposes.

Director of Corrections must prepare quitclaim deeds containing reversionary language and may record a certified copy of the Act; all documents must be recorded in Hardin County.

Mineral rights beneath 125 feet depth are reserved and excluded from the conveyance, as previously reserved in prior deeds.

Takes effect upon becoming law.
