Requires each candidate to submit a notarized certification to the Board of Elections at least 30 days before the certification deadline, sworn under penalty of perjury, stating they have not been convicted of tax fraud.

Certification must also attest that the candidate has not been found by any taxing body or court to have intentionally engaged in fraud, deceit, or misrepresentation to reduce taxes owed or avoid paying taxes.

State Board of Elections shall not certify candidates who fail to file the required certification or who have been convicted of tax fraud or found to have intentionally committed tax-related fraud.

State Board of Elections must generate a list of ineligible candidates and transmit it to all election authorities responsible for ballot placement.

Election authorities are prohibited from placing the names of candidates with tax fraud convictions or findings on the ballot.
