IL SB3645

Amends the Dual Credit Quality Act to add new fee restrictions for institutions offering dual credit courses to high school students.

Prohibits institutions from collecting fees from high school students enrolled in dual credit courses that exceed the amount needed per student to administer the dual credit program.

Requires any fees collected from high school students to be used exclusively for administering the dual credit program and no other purpose.

Takes effect immediately upon becoming law.
