Expresses the sense of the Illinois Senate that no state or local government agency should use resources to facilitate creation, publication, maintenance, or participation in any federal program registering individuals based on race, color, ancestry, national origin, or religion.

Opposes discriminatory federal policies including the National Security Entry-Exit Registration System (NSEERS) targeting men from 24 predominantly Muslim countries and executive orders restricting entry from Muslim majority countries.

Condemns increased attacks and discrimination against Muslim, Arab, and South Asian Americans in housing, education, and employment since the 2016 elections, and bullying of Muslim youth in schools.

Reaffirms Illinois's historical commitment to welcoming people of all faiths and nationalities and opposes any discrimination based on national origin or religion.

Directs that copies of the resolution be sent to the President, Vice President, Congressional leadership, and all members of the Illinois Congressional Delegation.
