Urges the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, Illinois Department of Human Rights, and Illinois Department of Labor to investigate sexual harassment culture at Ford's Chicago Assembly Plant and Chicago Stamping Plant, which employ over 5,700 workers and account for half of all sexual harassment complaints against Ford.

Documents Ford's history of mishandling harassment complaints over 25 years, including a $22 million settlement in the 1990s and a recent $10 million settlement, while simultaneously delaying terminations and failing to provide adequate training or prevent retaliation.

Requests the Governor of Illinois review all state contracts with Ford Motor Company for compliance with the Illinois Human Rights Act, Illinois Procurement Code, and other applicable laws and regulations.

Notes that Illinois workers at Ford's plants, approximately one-third of whom are women, have suffered serious psychological, physical, and economic trauma as a result of the company's mishandling of sexual and racial harassment.

Directs delivery of the resolution to the Governor, federal and state labor agencies, and Ford's Board of Directors.
