Creates the College and Career Interest Task Force to determine how Illinois public high school students' college and career interest data may be collected and shared among public institutions of higher education.

Task Force consists of 19 members including representatives from 12 public universities, Board of Higher Education, Illinois Community College Board, Illinois Student Assistance Commission, State Superintendent of Education, and representatives from regional education offices, school boards, principals, administrators, teachers, school districts, and education advocacy organizations.

Task Force members serve without compensation and the Board of Education shall provide administrative and other support.

Task Force shall meet at the call of the Board of Education and submit findings to the General Assembly on or before January 9, 2019, at which time the Task Force is dissolved.

Final report shall be filed with the Secretary of the Senate and Clerk of the House of Representatives in electronic form only.
