Illinois Senate mourns the death of Mary Dale (Judd) Walmsley of Wood River, who passed away on July 28, 2018.

Mary Walmsley was born December 14, 1942, in Waterloo, New York and worked as a secretary at the Seneca Army Depot, Granite City School District, and St. Elizabeth Medical Center.

She was an active member of Troy United Methodist Church, supported Harvest Ministry Teams and Global International, and was honored by Wood River Masonic Lodge 1062 in 2016 for her contributions.

Mary is survived by her husband Gib, children Daniel and Catherine, stepdaughters Kit and Susannah, six grandchildren, and siblings Bill and Phyllis.

The Illinois Senate extends sincere condolences to Mary Walmsley's family and friends, and a copy of the resolution will be presented to her family.
