Anthony "Tony" Pintozzi Sr. of McHenry passed away on August 6, 2018, at age 87.

Founded Pintz & Co., which became International Decorators, Inc., and held leadership positions in multiple industry and community organizations including the Northern Illinois Medical Board, Painting & Decorating Contractors Association, and Painters District Council 30.

Served on the McHenry County Regional School Board, St. Patrick/Montini Catholic School Commission, and as a McHenry Police Commissioner; was involved with Kiwanis and coached little league.

Survived by his wife Maureen of 65 years, 8 children, numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and siblings.

Illinois Senate extends condolences to his family and directs a suitable copy of the resolution be presented to the Pintozzi family.
