Illinois Senate expresses condolences for the death of Jehangir "John" Mobed, who passed away on January 10, 2018, at age 92.

John Mobed was born February 19, 1926, and volunteered at West Suburban Hospital and Oak Park Township assisting seniors with tax preparation.

He was a member of Toastmasters and Belles Lettres organizations.

John Mobed is survived by his wife Olive (Walton), three children, seven grandchildren, two brothers, and numerous nieces and nephews.

A suitable copy of this resolution will be presented to the Mobed family as an expression of the Senate's sympathy.
