Louise Lockett Johnson of East St. Louis passed away on May 24, 2018, at age 91.

Born February 12, 1927, in Scooba, Mississippi to Fleix and Zubie Lockett; married Charles Johnson Jr. on June 22, 1949.

Active member of Pilgrim Missionary Baptist Church where she served as an usher for many years.

Survived by daughter Darla Johnson, three sons (Suskins, Leslie, and Marcus), one grandson, 20 grandchildren, and 27 great-grandchildren.

Illinois Senate expresses condolences to her family and directs a copy of this resolution be presented to the Johnson family.
