Illinois Senate honors the death of Eldon C. "Twirp" Williams Jr. of Alton, who passed away on October 16, 2018

Eldon Williams served in the U.S. Air Force, worked as Godfrey Tax Assessor for 40 years, and was a realtor at Landmark Realty in Godfrey

He was a member of the Godfrey Village Board and St. Peter and Paul Catholic Church

Survived by his wife Jackie, six daughters, two stepchildren, a brother, 11 grandchildren, and 14 great-grandchildren

Senate extends condolences to his family and directs that a copy of the resolution be presented to his family
