Illinois Senate mourns the death of Jack Edward Kincaid of Moline, who passed away on October 7, 2018

Kincaid was born November 27, 1932, served four years in the U.S. Navy, and worked as a national customer service executive for IBM for 33 years before retiring in 1991

Kincaid married Sandra Wadsager on July 11, 1959, and is survived by his wife of 59 years, two children, four grandchildren, and two siblings

Senate extends sincere condolences to Kincaid's family, friends, and all who knew him

A suitable copy of the resolution shall be presented to the Kincaid family as an expression of the Senate's deepest sympathy
