Memorializes Rosann Gelvin Noel of Champaign, who died on October 4, 2018, expressing condolences to her family and friends.

Rosann was born January 22, 1932, graduated from Champaign High School in 1949, and earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Illinois where she was a member of Kappa Kappa Gamma Sorority.

Opened a women's boutique called Con Brio in the 1970s and later started the Chelsea Traveller travel business; became deeply involved with the National Kidney Foundation of Illinois, serving on the board of trustees for three decades and as president for a term.

Established the Tony Noel Research Foundation with her husband and helped start the local chapter of the National Kidney Foundation of Illinois in response to her son's kidney disease; donated gardens to the Krannert Art Museum and University of Illinois Arboretum.

Survived by her husband Dick, two sons, nieces, grandchildren, and stepgrandchildren; preceded in death by her parents, brother Philip, and son Anthony Thomas Noel.
