Barbara Josephine Koeller Kramer of Bunker Hill passed away on November 11, 2018.

Born July 2, 1936, in Hannibal, Missouri; earned a bachelor's degree in music from Lindenwood College and Southern Illinois University and master's degrees in music and music education from Southern Illinois University.

Worked as a music performer and educator, teaching at Southwestern School District, Lewis & Clark Community College, and Blackburn College; served as music director for First Congregational Church in Bunker Hill for 42 years.

Survived by daughters Rachel and Claire Kramer, brother Robert Koeller, nieces, nephew, great-nephews, great-niece, cousins, colleagues, students, and friends.

Illinois Senate extends condolences to her family and friends and will present a suitable copy of this resolution to her family.
