Thomas O. "Tom" Falb, a lawyer from the Alton and St. Louis areas, passed away on October 25, 2018.

Falb served as Assistant State's Attorney in Madison County and had a 40-year career as a trial attorney with law firms Reed, Armstrong and Gorman and Williamson, Webster, Falb & Glisson.

Falb was the lead guitarist for his band The Infidels and was also a pilot, sailor, hunter, and snorkeler.

Senate mourns Falb's passing and extends condolences to his wife Sandy, children Jorie, Danielle, and Derek, and siblings John, Monty, and Becky.

A suitable copy of the resolution will be presented to Falb's family as an expression of the Senate's sympathy.
