Establishes a three-member Senate committee to approve final journals of the 100th General Assembly that were not approved by the full Senate before adjournment sine die

Committee composition: two members appointed by the Senate President and one member appointed by the Minority Leader

Committee authority is limited to approving journals that lack prior full Senate approval at the end of the legislative session
