Amends Section 107-2 of the Code of Criminal Procedure to add new requirements for peace officers executing arrest warrants when a person is receiving emergency medical assistance or sexual assault forensic services at a medical facility.

Requires officers to contact the prosecuting authority to request waiver of immediate warrant execution if the warrant is not for a forcible felony, violent crime, or parole/mandatory supervised release violation.

Prosecuting authority may secure a court order waiving immediate execution of the warrant and provide it to the peace officer.

Requires officers to notify individuals who report sexual assault within the past 7 days that if they seek medical services, the officer will inform the prosecuting authority to request waiver of prompt warrant execution.

Maintains existing requirements for officers to question arrestees about dependent children under 18 and report suspected child neglect to the Department of Children and Family Services.
