• Adds Section 33 to the Transportation Network Providers Act to validate the Act's continuation and prevent its repeal on June 1, 2020.

• Validates all previously enacted amendments to the Act taking effect on or after June 1, 2020, and validates all actions taken in reliance on the Act by any person or entity.

• Applies the Transportation Network Providers Act to all claims, civil actions, and proceedings pending on or filed on or before the effective date of this amendatory Act.

• Reenacts the Transportation Network Providers Act in full, including provisions on insurance requirements, driver requirements, non-discrimination, safety, and operational standards for transportation network companies.
