Amends the Victims' Economic Security and Safety Act to require employer notices include language encouraging employees to report potential domestic or intimate partner violence at the workplace to supervisors, security, human resources, or company representatives.

Mandates the notice inform employees that employers must make reasonable accommodations to protect all employees from violence risk and that state law prohibits discrimination or retaliation for reporting such risks.

Requires employers to distribute the notice to all employees on an annual basis, in addition to posting it in conspicuous workplace locations.

Applies to all employers covered under the Victims' Economic Security and Safety Act, with notices prepared or approved by the Illinois Director of Labor.
