Requires the State Board of Education to publish class size and teacher data on its website by January 31, 2021, and annually thereafter.

Mandates publication of total active teachers by school, pupil-teacher ratios by district, number of class instructors by grade and subject, and individual class sizes for each school.

Requires reporting of how many classes exceed the class size guidelines established under Section 18-8.15 of the School Code.

Obligates all school districts to report the same class size and teacher information to the State Board of Education by November 16, 2020, and annually thereafter, and post it on their websites.
