Expands the State Comptroller's online financial ledger to require additional details including expenditure amounts and dates, vendor names for each expenditure, the State agency making each expenditure, employee salaries, and graphical data where possible

State employee salaries from the preceding calendar year must be listed as total annual amounts or monthly figures, rounded to the nearest hundred dollars

Current year monthly salary reporting for State employees must also be rounded to the nearest hundred dollars

Comptroller retains discretion to list unadjusted (non-rounded) total salary amounts for years other than the immediately preceding calendar year

Takes effect immediately upon becoming law
