Requires each Executive Inspector General to establish and maintain a public Internet website with free access for all Illinois residents.

Mandates the website display a prominent "Notice to the Public" stating the office is independent and receives a separate appropriation from the General Assembly.

Requires Executive Inspectors General to immediately disclose all detailed findings from investigations on their websites, except where law enforcement requests confidentiality.

Directs each Executive Inspector General to establish an accessible Internet policy on investigation handling and recording procedures.

Takes effect immediately upon becoming law.
