Amends Section 4 of the Illinois Nuclear Safety Preparedness Act to make a technical change regarding fees collected from nuclear facilities and operators.

Removes duplicate language by striking one instance of "the" in the opening text describing persons engaged in nuclear energy production, operation of reactors, uranium conversion, and transportation or storage of spent nuclear fuel or radioactive waste.

Maintains all existing fee structures for nuclear power stations, away-from-reactor storage facilities, test and research reactors, uranium conversion facilities, and transportation of radioactive materials.

Preserves provisions for local government compensation from collected fees, with minimum amounts ranging from $250,000 annually through fiscal year 1993 to $450,000 annually from fiscal year 1998 onward.

Continues fee schedules for nuclear power reactor operators ranging from $925,000 to $1,903,182 per reactor depending on the fiscal year, plus additional charges for capital expenditures, storage facilities, and shipment transportation.
