Amends the Senior Citizens Assessment Freeze Homestead Exemption under the Property Tax Code to allow taxpayers to reduce their household income by Medicare premiums paid during the calendar year, beginning in taxable year 2019.

Modifies the definition of "household income" to exclude Medicare premium payments when determining eligibility and exemption amounts for senior citizens age 65 and older.

Applies retroactively to assessment year 2019 and thereafter for all counties in Illinois.

Takes effect immediately upon becoming law.
