Expands protections to prevent discrimination in making real estate transactions available, altering terms and conditions, refusing legitimate offers, or failing to transmit bona fide offers based on source of income.

Prohibits advertising, publications, or statements that indicate preference, limitation, or discrimination based on source of income in real estate transactions.

Prevents use of property listings when unlawful discrimination based on source of income is intended.
