Amends the Public Officer Prohibited Activities Act to clarify restrictions on county board members holding multiple offices simultaneously.

County board members cannot hold additional offices during their term unless they first resign, with specific exceptions including county board chair, regional planning commission member, and certain municipal positions in small communities.

Adds park district commissioner as an allowed concurrent position for county board members in counties with fewer than 300,000 inhabitants.

Preserves existing exemptions allowing county board members to serve on County Extension Boards, Emergency Telephone System Boards, property tax boards of review, and as public administrators or public guardians.

Takes effect upon becoming law.
