• Authorizes party states to take adverse action against nurses' multistate licensure privileges while reserving authority for the home state to take adverse action against the multistate license itself.

• Specifies that the Compact does not supersede existing state labor laws and requires nurses to comply with state practice laws of the state where the patient is located at the time service is provided.
