Removes the requirement that driver's license applicants aged 75 and older must pass an actual behind-the-wheel driving demonstration test when applying for or renewing their license

Eliminates the requirement for drivers aged 81-86 to renew their license every 2 years instead of the standard 4-year renewal period

Eliminates the requirement for drivers aged 87 and older to renew their license every 12 months

Amends the Illinois Vehicle Code (Sections 6-109 and 6-115) to apply standard license examination and renewal requirements to all drivers regardless of age
