Amends Section 6-109 of the Illinois Vehicle Code regarding driver's license examinations.

Removes the requirement that applicants age 75 or older must demonstrate their ability to exercise ordinary and reasonable control of a motor vehicle during the examination process.

Makes demonstration of vehicle control ability optional for all applicants rather than mandatory for seniors, aligning with examination standards for younger drivers.

Takes effect immediately upon becoming law.
