Amends the Criminal Code of 2012 to update the definition of "computer" to include cloud-based networks of remote services hosted on the Internet in Section 17-0.5.

Updates references in Sections 11-6.6 (solicitation to meet a child), 11-20.1 (child pornography), and 17-52.5 (unlawful use of encryption) to point to the revised computer definition in Section 17-0.5 instead of outdated Section 16D-2.

Updates Section 17-55 (definitions for computer crimes subdivision 30) to reference Section 17-55 instead of Sections 17-50 through 17-53, and adds definitions for "access" and "computer" pointing to appropriate sections.

Updates Section 28-2 (gambling definitions) to reference the definition of "access" in Section 17-55 and "computer" in Section 17-0.5 instead of the outdated Section 16D-2.
