Requires nongovernmental contractors providing fire protection services for counties, townships, municipalities, or fire protection districts to display disclosure information on vehicles and uniforms if they display the local government's logo.

Required disclosure must include a statement identifying the entity as a service provider or contractor, the contractor's name, state or federal tax designation, and principal place of business.

Disclosure must be displayed conspicuously at least the same size as and located near the largest government logo on the vehicle or uniform.

Violations constitute a business offense subject to a $1,000 fine per occurrence, enforceable by circuit courts in the county where the violation occurs.

Effective immediately and limits home rule unit powers from regulating logo display in a manner inconsistent with the bill's requirements.
