Requires each circuit court in Illinois to develop a policy allowing prospective jurors above a certain age to be permanently excused from jury duty.

Circuit courts determining the age threshold must consider when jury duty becomes difficult for significant numbers of jurors and the available jury pool for that circuit.

Allows prospective jurors meeting the age requirement to apply for exemption based on self-assessment of their physical limitations or mobility issues.

Directs county boards, jury administrators, or jury commissioners to permanently exclude approved applicants from all current and future jury lists upon submission of jury summons with proof of age.

Exempts circuit courts that already have an existing age-based jury duty exemption policy from developing a new one.
