Amends the Bees and Apiaries Act (510 ILCS 20/2) to add liability protections for registered apiary operators.

Registered apiaries operating in a reasonable manner and in conformance with Department of Agriculture rules are not liable for personal injury or property damage related to bee-keeping, bee equipment, queen breeding equipment, or apiaries and appliances.

Liability protections do not apply to intentional tortious conduct or acts and omissions constituting gross negligence.

Requires all persons keeping one or more colonies of bees to register annually with the Department of Agriculture.

May require registered beekeepers to post their registration number prominently at each apiary they control.
