Amends Section 110-10 of the Code of Criminal Procedure of 1963 regarding conditions of bail bonds for defendants released prior to conviction

Requires surrender of all firearms and Firearm Owner's Identification Card for charges involving forcible felonies, stalking, domestic battery, controlled substance violations (Class 2 or greater felonies), and certain weapons offenses; firearms are returned upon dismissal or acquittal unless acquittal is by reason of insanity

Mandates psychological evaluation and school property restrictions for defendants charged with weapons violations in schools or within 1,000 feet of school property

Imposes mandatory 72-hour no-contact and no-entry restrictions at victim's residence when defendant is charged with crimes against family or household members

Adds provision allowing courts to impose no-contact conditions with victims when defendant is unable to post bond and remains in custody
